New Help Desk Technician

Please join us in welcoming Marmot's newest hire, Meghan Hanson, who started on August 4th as Marmot's new Help Desk Technician. Meghan earned her B.S. in Computer Information Systems from CMU.  In addition to her degree, Meghan also has experience in hospitality and customer service. The combination of her educational background and experience with hospitality lent themselves to the role of the Help Desk Technician, as Meghan will be the first person many library staff interact with via the Help Desk system or phones.
