Notes:     

• Proposals from Born Digital and Discovery Garden have been received and submitted to the Marmot Board. Recommendation for Born Digital. Marmot Board has approved the same. Contract is under review. 

• Chris continues to work on transcript generation for audio/visual content. Tammy has tested the same with success. Currently an .exe solution, but there is an effort to make it accessible via Python package. 
• Accessibility of Pika via keyboard is being improved. Many buttons and functions could not be actuated by a keyboard. Additional navigation functions have been added--specifically the "Skip to...." options. 
• Titles of works in the OPAC are now "Heading" tags. Spacing between words and content are spaced out. Text decoration added to identify links. 

• Many .PDFs will require remediation 

• MUG 2024 Topics: Use of AI in archives--helping with generating alternative format conversion. 
  • Lightning Rounds of Content/Collections

• Is there interest in a consortial effort to accommodate ArchivesSpace for various applications. 

Action Items: 

John--submit MUG 2024 proposal. 

John--June agenda include ArchiveSpace discussion and Marmot's fee restructuring regarding storage.
